An abandoned wagon on a railway track of a railroad that was flourishing in the past but that have been closed some years ago. I took this photo on Christmas day at New Carlisle, a little town located in the Gaspesia peninsula (Canada) when we were visiting my wife's family. Because of the decline of the population of this remote region of Quebec and of the costs of maintenance, the company decided to stop its operations in this part of the province. I remember the days I was traveling in trains
